Guiding Principles
We have found that the following elements of technology-mediated training
contribute to its success.
• Use of an interactive format that engages participants.
• Use of authentic contexts (i.e., classroom narratives).
• Ensuring a natural and gradual familiarity with how to use the
materials.
• Incorporating a variety of resources, in different formats, including
video, audio, and print.
