6. Implementation

By now participants should be quite familiar with the TV411 materials. Invite them to brainstorm possible roadblocks and solutions to implementation. Write the responses on a flip chart.

Pull out the flip chart page that you created earlier titled, “Why would I use TV411 in my classroom?” Look back at the answers and ask participants to add any new ideas now that they have completed the training.

Encourage participants to share any ideas they have about how to expand or adapt the TV411 material into their own classrooms.

Wrap up with questions and comments.
