Personal Reflection Time

Objectives:

To help participants reflect back on the impact of their inquiry project on their continuing practice and to consider the long term effects of the inquiry model on their practice.

During this time the facilitators will remain in the background and answer any questions.

Participants will fill out template online and upload to the Yahoo group.

Activity

  1. Participants open up a copy of the 'Personal Reflection On Inquiry Project' Template already uploaded to the Yahoo Group.
  2. They save a copy under their own name, fill out the template and upload their personalized copy to the Yahoo group. The template has ten questions that focus on the product, process and next steps of the participant's inquiry project.

Personal Reflection on Inquiry Project Template

Often as participants listened to other educators sharing their investigations and projects, they had ideas for their own classrooms. Ths gave everyone a chance to record some of their thought and ideas while the material was still fresh.
