PDK Training ModuleGetting Started(a) Using the LCD projector and the demonstration computer, project the PDK Tour (found on the CD-ROM) so it can be viewed by all participants.(b) Have participants move to individual computers. Demonstrate the registration and log-in process using the projector and guide participants through registration. (c) Once registration and login are complete, participants should read through the Basic Tutorial to become familiar with the organization of PDK. The tutorial is accessed by clicking on Using PDK in the main menu, then selecting Basic Tutorial. (d) When all participants have finished reading through the tutorial, take a moment to review navigation and the contents of the four main areas (Using PDK, PDK Community, Investigating Practice, Knowledge Databases).
