About the Authors

Karen Taylor (right) is Instructional Technology Coordinator at the Arlington Education and Employment Program (REEP) in Arlington, Virginia. With the support of a TECH21 grant, Karen worked with eight REEP teachers who used English For All as both an instructional resource and a professional development tool. Karen received her BA in English Literature from Georgetown University and her MA in TESOL from the Monterey Institute for International Studies.

Jennifer Fadden (left) is Volunteer Coordinator at the Arlington Education and Employment Program (REEP) in Arlington, Virginia. Through the TECH21 grant, Jennifer piloted the English For All series at REEP at a variety of levels and class settings, and continues to be involved in the project. Jennifer received her BA in Political Science from The College of New Jersey and her MA in International Development Studies from The George Washington University.

REEP has served as a TECH21 Demonstration Lab to implement English For All and Project CONNECT, another NCAL-sponsored project.
