Students explored sites related to the great
influx of immigrants to this nation and the processing at Ellis Island.
How the site was used in class:
Relates to our studies concerning the diversity
of the USA and the make-up of our nation.
The things I like most about the site are
as follows:
Students were fascinated and very engaged throughout!
Limitations and suggestions to overcome
shortcomings:
Very few limitations...I have been using this
method for years and it works well at addressing multiple intelligences
and learning styles.
