Biography : Juliet N. Uche received her B.SC. in Business Education/Accounting form Ananbra State University of Technology in Enugu in 1990. She was a professional teacher for many years before getting her degree. She became the coordinator or literacy and gender related issues in June 1999 when her husband became the major of Enugu. She is also the chairperson of women affairs and social development in her local government.
