Biography :


Cesáreo Morales Velázquez is a Psychologist from the University of Mexico and has studied Human Development under the Masters Program from the University of Texas. He has been conducting research in education since 1982, addressing issues as Evaluation, Adult Education, and Literacy. He is currently involved in the research of educational media and new technologies at the Instituto Latinoamericano de la Comunicación Educativa based in Mexico City. He has conducted research on the attitudes of teachers and students toward technology, software evaluation and learning environments. Cesáreo's work aims to help teachers in the incorporation of technology into the classroom. Synopsis:

Cesáreo's Presentation deals with issues of growing population in Mexico, educational statistics, trends in literacy, and the programs that ILCE is attempting to implement.
