Biography : Frederico Francisco is from Mozambique. He received a B.A. in adult education at Pedagogic University in Maputo in 1998. In 1982 he received a diploma in adult education at the Institute of Adult Education in Tanzania. Since 1982, he has been dealing with training adult educators at the Adult Education Training Center in Beira. He has experience in teaching programs as well as community development. He also teaches evening classes to formal schools. He has participated in programs regarding adult education and community development projects. Presentation : Mr. Francisco's presentation addresses issues of literacy and adult education in Mozambique. Additionally, he has also compiled a report of statistics showing trends in literacy rates over the past years. His report was produced in conjunction with Mr. Nhacune. Mozambique
