Biography :
Dr. Coulibaly is a researcher and evaluator in education at the Institut
Pedagogique National in his home country. He completed his bachelor
degree in TEFL at the Ecole Normale Superieure (Mali) in 1979 and received
his Masters degree and PhD in Educational Administration respectively
in 1996 and 1999 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr.
Coulibaly holds certificates in Advanced English and teaching English
as a Communicative Language from the University of Lancaster (UK) and
a certificate in History from East Central University at Ada (UK).
He taught as a secondary schoool teacher and worked as an assistant
professor at the department of English at the University of Mali. Dr.
Coulibaly is a consultant for UNESCO-IICBA (Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia).
His interests are
gender education, educational leadership, and non formal education.
He likes reading, music, and travelling.
