Deepak is a Master's student in the Interdisciplinary Studies in Human Development (ISHD) program at the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his BS in Psychology at Messiah College. Prior to beginning the program at GSE, Deepak worked in the school district of Philadelphia with students with behavioral challenges. Deepak's interests are in literacy resource development in rural settings and socio-cultural consideration for applications of information and communication technologies in education among rural and marginalized groups.
