To give you an idea of the range of knowledge about literacy and international development, let's take a virtual tour of interesting literacy projects throughout the world. In our discussion of these projects, we focus on various policy considerations, theoretical issues, and teacher/ administrator practices associated with each project as well as important concepts such as the interrelationship between language and culture or gender and development. You can also access a reference section for each project that pertains specifically to that particular project.
