Workplace Essential Skills Training Module

3. Interviews

Participants pair off and interview one another, using the following questions as a foundation for discussion:

  1. Who do you serve - who is your audience?
  2. Why are they seeking your support - what are their goals?
  3. What do you hope this resource will do for your students?

The point of this exercise is to help participants reflect on their learning population - and hopefully, recognize the importance of maintaining a connection to students' goals as they examine the products and proceed through the training.
