Lesson Title - Give your lesson a name.
Level/Learner Group - Describe your intended audience.
Subject(s) - List the subject areas the lesson will cover.
Duration/Materials - How long will the lesson last? What materials will you need for this lesson (video clips, print resources, website, etc.)?
Goals - List the lesson goals. You might try: "Participants will learn how to: 1, 2, 3, etc."
Procedure - List specific steps/activities in this lesson. You might want to divide your procedure into the following categories.
"Before" Activities
"During" Activities
"After" Activities
Products & Assessment - What products will participants create in this lesson? How will you/your participants evaluate the outcomes of the lesson?
Possible Roadblocks/Solutions - What roadblocks, if any, do you expect to encounter in implementation and how might you manage them?
