Ask teachers to take a few minutes at the end of the day to fill out the training evaluation forms. Ask teachers if they have any suggestions on how training could be improved. Record any suggestions for future reference.
Getting teacher feedback on the training would be useful for future training sessions. Suggestions from teachers throughout the development process helped to improve the ESL/CivicsLink site, so their feedback on how to implement it could be valuable as well.
