About the Author

Christine Corrigan is ESL Project Coordinator for ESL/CivicsLink. She contributed to the design, content and editing of the ESL/CivicsLink site. She is also Project Manager for Project CONNECT, NCAL's second ESL project. Christine received her B.A. in French at the University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and recently earned her M.S. in TESOL at the Graduate School of Education at Penn.
